Community Member's Agreement

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between ARG Coaching & Consulting Group, hereafter referred to as “Facilitator,” and the undersigned participant (“Member”). By joining and participating in Conquer & Cultivate’s Memberships, Member agrees to abide by the following terms and conditions:

Confidentiality

  • The discussions, materials, and information shared within this group (whether by the Facilitator or other Members) are strictly confidential.

  • Member agrees not to share, copy, or disclose any content, conversations, strategies, or personal experiences outside of this group.

  • This includes, but is not limited to, information shared during live sessions, in online communities, or through any resources provided.

Respect for Intellectual Property

  • Member acknowledges that any ideas, strategies, or business concepts shared by other Members or the Facilitator are proprietary to the individual or business that shared them.

  • Member shall not copy, steal, or claim as their own any idea, strategy, or intellectual property learned through participation in this group.

  • All resources provided by the Facilitator are for personal use only and may not be distributed, sold, or reproduced without written permission.

Positive & Safe Community Standards

  • Member agrees to contribute to a safe, supportive, and respectful environment.

  • Negative, harmful, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated, including harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct.

  • The group is a space for constructive growth, encouragement, and collaboration.

Collaboration, Not Solicitation

Member is encouraged to network, collaborate, and build supportive relationships with other Members. However, this community is not a sales environment.

  • Member agrees not to pitch, solicit, or promote their products, services, or business opportunities to other Members unless explicitly invited to do so.

  • Member shall not add Members to email lists, marketing funnels, or outreach campaigns without express permission.

  • Collaborative opportunities are welcome, but they must be mutually initiated, consent-based, and free of pressure.

Media Release

  • By participating in this group, Member grants the Facilitator the right to record, capture, and use video, audio, photographs, and/or screenshots from group sessions or community interactions.

  • These recordings and images may be used for marketing, promotional, educational, or business purposes by the Facilitator.

  • Member understands that they will not receive compensation or have any claim to revenue generated from the use of their likeness, voice, or image.

  • If Member does not wish to be recorded, they are responsible for notifying the Facilitator in writing prior to participation and must keep their camera and microphone off during recorded sessions.

Consequences of Breach

  • Any violation of confidentiality, intellectual property rights, or community standards may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.

  • The Facilitator reserves the right to pursue legal action for damages resulting from a breach of this Agreement.
